It is run by an experienced Architectural Technician who has worked both
in private architectural practice and residential house builders for a number
of years.
We can offer a full range of services from obtaining planning permission through
to production of working drawings and obtaining building regulation approval.
If required we can liase with Planners, Building Control, Builders and other external
contractors/consultants to ensure that the building process runs as smoothly as
possible.
After our first initial meeting to discuss your ideas we would then arrange to survey
the property. From this survey we would draw up some existing plans and then some
initial proposals for your comments. Once comments have been received the final drawings
are agreed they are then ready for submission to the relevant authority.
We also offer our drawing service to Architectural practices, Surveyors, Developers &
Housebuilders who during busy times may need to out source some work in order to meet
demand and meet deadlines.
