Complete structural refurbishment of a
Grade II Listed Manor House
Details
We were commissioned to undertake a full refurbishment to the top floor
of this Grade II listed property. The work included complete removal of the existing roof covering, insulate to modern standards, rebuild the existing dormer windows and insert a bespoke steel frame to stabilise the existing
roof and walls.
Transformation
Previously unused, the top floor of this property has been transformed into a bedroom suite, with walk in dressing room, en suite bathroom and bedroom with stunning views looking over the Cotswolds.
