Who we are
RP Architecture is an exclusive Architectural Design Studio based in the heart of Warwickshire
We specialise in new build housing, remodelling existing properties, conversions and bespoke extensions. We have experience working on Listed Buildings and properties situated within Conservation Areas.
Our services can be tailored to the clients requirements, covering the entire design process from concept to completion. We pride ourselves on well considered designs based upon the clients requirements, we aim to exceed expectations.

RPA design ideas are exciting and different. Technical, planning and building control knowledge always current and accurate, removing the stress and burden of this element of a build or refurbishment.
Project management service, communication and availability excellent. Product and supplier knowledge extensive, saving time, effort and expensive mistakes when selecting materials.
Assistance with finish and ‘snagging’ provided and very much appreciated. We have found trades complete the majority project and leave various elements unfinished. RPA attention to detail is superb, always ensuring the ‘loose ends’ are tied.
Our latest project was challenging, the property built in 1868 with many poor additions between 1950-2000. These have been sympathetically rationalised, demolished and/or improved, resulting in a beautiful property with contemporary additions whilst retaining and respecting provenance.

I would like to share my experience of working with RP Architecture as it was such a rewarding partnership, definitely worthy of recommendation to others.
Downsizing is daunting and even more so when it entails a self build, to fulfil a long held dream. I could not have picked better than RP Architecture to sympathetically bring my ambitions to reality and give me so much more than I had dreamed of. RP were very skilful in guiding me to envisage something really special, whilst suggesting alternatives to some ideas, but always leaving me with the choice.
The design drawings were brilliant, they encapsulated everything I wanted in such a clever, cohesive way with many unique features, providing all the excitement and a strong vision to carry me through the months of the build. The drawings helped me to make my own plans for finishing, but I later came to understand the importance of the quality of the plans for the builder, also smoothing the planning process at every stage, because they were so detailed.
On a daily basis my home brings me happiness with so much to enjoy, for this I have to thank RP Architecture, working with them was a pleasure and the results are clear in what I now have.
