Situated on a prominent road between two existing properties, the plot was originally the side garden and garage to the clients house.
Open plan
The client’s brief was to create a traditional, yet contemporary property with open plan spaces to meet their individual needs.
Traditional and contemporary
The finished house has a traditional frontage to fit with the street scene and a contemporary rear elevation with two angled feature walls to create interest. The cantilevered angled roof forms a shelter for sunshine or showers.
