Formerly a semi derelict detached dwelling, Planning Permission was gained to demolish the dilapidated house and construct two high quality detailed semi-detached houses.
Modern living space
Working within the Planning constrains, the brief was maximise the internal floor space to create two, four bedroom, three bathroom properties with open space living.
Sympathetic build
To meet Planning approval, the building form and materials take design cues from the existing street scene, but with subtle contemporary features used to create two unique properties.
RP Architecture have utilised all of the internal space, including a feature master bedroom suite on the second floor with vaulted ceilings.
